Research Log Students need to identify a specific topic for research. They will conduct a search using the appropriate online database. Research Log should contain methodology and steps with results obtained, while performing the search. Methodology will include, Identify the proper online resources to search Recognize the keywords Find synonyms and related terms Use Boolean Operators Use phrase searching and truncation Mention number of hits retrieved in each step Refine the search until you get proper results.
