Age Group 6 & Under Coaches
Katelynn Lehar, Lead Coach

I’m 18 years old and am graduating from Hanford West High
School in June! This is my second year as a lead coach for the 6U age
group for Hanford Piranhas. I’ve been swimming for 9 years, 4 which
have been with Hanford West. My goals for this season are to
educate swimmers on how to efficiently swim and be somewhat
competitive. I hope to teach my swimmers how to have fun while being
active. After graduation I plan on attending West Hills College in
Lemoore and transfer to Fresno State in order to pursue clinical psychology. I would love
to attend UC Davis in order to receive my masters and possibly doctorate degree.
Celine Bixler, Assistant Coach
My name is Celine Joy Bixler, I’m a very happy and
positive person (hence my middle name)! My goals for coaching
this year include having a positive impact on the swimmers and
helping them achieve their goals. I enjoy swim, food and music. I
am currently a sophomore at Hanford High School. This is my
second year swimming for the Hanford Piranhas and I am looking
forward to swimming and coaching!
Jonah Vera, Junior Coach
I have swum for Piranhas for 3 years. My goals are to help the swimmers achieve
success in swimming. My future plans consist of swimming for Sierra Pacific High School
and possibly continuing after high school. I want our swimmers to have fun this season and
teach them good sportsmanship. I currently attend Pioneer Middle School.
Vanessa Lloyd, Junior Coach
I have been swimming for 9 years. I am currently in the
8th grade and want to swim in high school. My goal for the
season is to make finals in my own events and help my swimmers
achieve their goals this season while having fun.
Age Group 7 & 8 Coaches
Makenna Mason, Lead Coach

I have been swimming since I was 6 years old and this is my
second year coaching for the Hanford Piranhas. I am planning on
attending community college for two years then transferring. This
year I want all of my swimmers to feel comfortable with each stroke
and have a lot of fun! I am currently swimming at Sierra Pacific High
School.
Merlin Corder, Assistant Coach
I have 7 years of experience swimming for Lemoore High School,
TNT, and Hanford Piranhas. I plan on swimming throughout my college
career. My goal for this season is to make it an enjoyable experience for
all of the swimmers and help them reach their goals this season!
Ashtyn Reser, Junior Coach
I have been swimming with Piranhas since I was six. Through my
experiences with Piranhas I have attained a lot of knowledge about each
stroke. My goal for the season is to learn new things. I am a very
organized individual and I plan to carry this into my JR coaching as well.
I want to ensure that each swimmer has fun but I hope they learn
strokes correctly for their events. My plans for the future include
earning a scholarship for swimming. Currently, I plan to stay on the
Varsity Swim Team at Hanford High School for all 4 years and better
my times. I look forward to swimming this season for Piranhas.
Stacie Lohse, Junior Coach
I have been swimming for 4 years although I swim competitively
for one season. I played water polo for 4 years thought my time at
Hanford High School. Some of my goals for this season include showing
the swimmers a good time and hopefully have a successful season as
well. I have worked with young children while coaching for Splash Ball in
the past. This is my first season with the Hanford Piranhas!
Age Group 9 & 10 Coaches
Hayden Phelps, Lead Coach

Hello! I am Hayden Phelps. I am turning 18 in July and I am
also graduating from Hanford High School his year! I started with
Piranhas when I was 9 years old and ended last year. I am going to
Sonoma State to major in liberal studies in order to be an
elementary school teacher. I am a swimmer with asthma, so I am
very aware of swimmers’ health at all times. My goal is to help your
swimmer while providing a beneficial yet competitive environment.

Jeremiah Santillana, Assistant Coach
I have been swimming for 7 years. I swam for Hanford
Piranhas for 5 years, Hanford TNT and I am currently swimming
with Selma TNT. My goals for this season are help the swimmers
improve but while having fun. My plans for the future include
swimming for college, hopefully at University of Santa Barbara.
After my undergraduate years I want to go to medical school and
intern to become a pediatrician.
Age Group 11 & 12 Coaches
Sabrina Lloyd, Lead Coach (559) 589-4002
I have been swimming for most of my life. I hope to get my
swimmers qualified for Time Trials this season. As I further my
swimming career I hope to attend a 4 year college and either swim or
play water polo. I plan on going into the medical field. I am currently
a senior at Sierra Pacific High School and have been swimming each
year I have attended.
Sarena Foreman, Assistant
I have been swimming since I was six and I am currently a
sophomore at Sierra Pacific High School. I am a senior and plan
to attend West Hills College and then transfer to Fresno Pacific
to major in elementary education. I am very excited for this
opportunity to coach this season and I cannot wait to see what
this season has in store!
Age Group 13 to 18 Coaches
Natasha Hill, Head Coach and Lead Coach

I have been swimming for most of my life, I began with
the Hanford Piranhas when I was 6 and continued onto
Hanford Swim Club and Hanford West High School where I
had the opportunity to break 4 school records and compete
with my closest friends. I am currently a senior at Fresno
Pacific University studying psychology. I plan to attend
graduate school next year to pursue my love for psychology.
I have been coaching for 5 years total and I have worked with ages 6 to 18. I am currently
the Head Coach for the Hanford Piranhas program as well as the 13-18 Lead coach. I offer
private lessons outside of the Piranhas program for swimmers who need more
individualized attention. I hope to have 50% of our athletes qualify for Time Trials this
season. I look forward to getting to know you and your swimmer throughout the summer!
Garrett Casey, Assistant Coach
I have been swimming for 3 years with Hanford High
School. My hope for this season is that each swimmer improves
their times. I plan to attend West Hills College and then transfer
to Fresno State.
Stroke Specialist Coaches
Parker Giles, Stroke Specialist
I have been swimming for 10 years. My experience comes
from TNT swimming and Hanford High School swimming. I was
11th in the nation for the 50 meter butterfly when I was 12. I
plan to improve the strokes of many swimmers. I hope to go to a 4
year university as a student athlete and major in aerospace
engineering and minor in computer animation. I hope we have a
good season and hope to learn a lot in the process.
Shaan Heugly, Stroke Specialist
I have been swimming for 8 years now. I am a year-round
swimmer with Hanford TNT and have been coaching for two years.
I currently attend Lemoore Middle College High School and West
Hills College. I am looking forward to helping each athlete improve
their swimming abilities.
I am also certified in CPR and
lifeguarding.
Tyler Miguel, Stroke Specialist
My name is Tyler Miguel. I started my swimming
career in Piranhas where I swam for six years before
moving on to the Hanford West Swim team. There I swam
on the varsity for all four years, specializing in the
butterfly and backstroke. I have been coaching for the
Hanford Piranhas for the past six years and I have made
a point of learning something new each year and
constantly making improvements to my coaching so as to better help the swimmers meet
their potential. Currently I am a graduating senior at California State University Long
Beach where I compete in rowing.
