Requirements:
_____1. Get a copy of your Career and Technical Education (CTE)
Pathway. These are available on the state website
www.schools.utah.gov/cte/pathways.html
_____2. Complete Foundation and Elective courses as required in the
Recommended Pathway Courses section.
_____3. Submit a Letter of Intent to Ms. Vawdrey by first Friday in
December.
_____4. Obtain an unofficial transcript, showing completion of these
courses, from the registrar’s office and submit with this form to your
Visual and Performing Arts - CTE Emphasis Advisor, Leslie
Vawdrey in Room MC-4
_____5. Finished Emphasis Applications due to Mrs. Vawdrey by the last
Friday in March before graduation.
_____6. Complete a minimum of 20 hours community or school service;
this can be accomplished through filming sports, extracurricular
activities and or clubs.
_____7. Fees Paid for Graduation Emphasis Cord $5.
