blood pressure, osteoporosis, and stroke).

% of adults (18+) who report having high blood pressure, diagnosed by a doctor or health
professional.
INDICATOR OBJECTIVES:
To identify the proportion of the population that has been diagnosed with hypertension.
ANALYSIS CHECK LIST:
