He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and has over 26 years of experience managing environmental investigations and remediation services at industrial facilities, municipal and commercial properties, uncontrolled hazardous waste sites and solid waste landfills, and federal facilities. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire. Russ is Vice Chair of the NH Chapter of the Environmental Business Council, and is a member of the Boston Post and the Piscataqua Post of the Society of Military Engineers. He has a long record of volunteer service for his home town of Londonderry, having served in the past as Chair of the Planning Board, Chair of the Energy Efficiency Task Force, and Chair of the Historic Properties Preservation Committee. He has also been a member of the town’s Old Home Day Committee, Police Station Building Committee, and currently serves as a Commissioner of the Londonderry Housing and Redevelopment Authority and is a member of the Master Plan Steering Committee. He is a life-long resident of New Hampshire, raised in the Lakes Region, and along with his wife has made Londonderry his home for the past 27 years, where they enjoy raising their soon-to-be college bound daughter. John has over 25 years of experience in water resources engineering. John is a member of the NEWWA, the NHWWA, and is a member of the New Hampshire Legislature’s Water Infrastructure Sustainability Funding Commission. He is a lifelong resident of New Hampshire and serves as Chair of the Town of Stratham Public Works Commission where he currently resides. His background includes 15 years of developmental growth experience in senior level business management as founder/CEO of a $10MM environmental engineering firm with three offices, serving clients in the northeastern United States and nationally. As CEO, John was responsible for oversight of accounting and financial management, benchmarking and reporting procedures; legal and risk management; human resources management; information technology systems; health and safety processes; and quality assurance practices. He led business development efforts, successfully implemented an internal ownership transfer from founder to senior management team and implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan as a key element in ownership transfer. John earned a BA with honors from Williams College and an MS degree in Civil Engineering from Tufts University. He has worked with the Department for over thirteen years on research and regulatory programs pertaining to the development of community water supply wells, drought management, large groundwater withdrawals, groundwater discharges, water conservation, water use reporting, well construction, well driller licensing, rock blasting, drinking water residual disposal policies and emerging contaminants of concern in the environment. Brandon holds a BS in Hydrology and Water Resources from the University of Arizona and a MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Tufts University. David G. He is responsible for water quality, personnel, and facility management at a 50 MGD conventional water treatment plant. He has been with the Water Works since 1996 and during that time was responsible for overseeing a major upgrade to their water treatment plant. He is the Chair of two New England Water Works Association Committees and also sits on the American Water Works Association’s Committee for Flexible Reservoir Liners and is also Vice Chair of the Partnership for Safe Water Program Effectiveness Assessment Committee (PEAC). Additionally, Dave has been an active member of Exeter Region Cooperative School Board and the SAU 16 School Board. He is also a member of the East Kingston Conservation Committee. He coordinates asset management assistance to public water systems and provides oversight of the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and State Assistance Grants that provide funding for public water system capital and planning projects. Prior to working for the state, Adam has experience supervising and operating municipal and privately-owned, public water systems in New Hampshire. Adam received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire in Water Resources Management and holds advanced licenses in Drinking Water Distribution and Treatment operations.
