A celebration of timeless Americana spirit, this latest DXV collection provides an array of
options for customizing a beautifully coordinated bathroom according to the user’s tastes
and preferences. The Oak Hill offering includes a distinctive freestanding tub, a highback lavatory with metal console or wood vanity, a stylish high efficiency toilet, a spread
faucet for sink or wall-mount, plus a complementary wood-framed mirror to finish off the

The Oak Hill collection represents an uplifting expansion of the DXV Classic Movement,
a curated selection of kitchen and bath collections that celebrates turn-of-the-century

The new Oak Hill suite of luxury bath fixtures from DXV features rustic weathered oak accents
that deliver a beautiful blend of Americana farmhouse details combined creatively with popular

The focal point of the new collection is a lavishly-designed freestanding soaking tub in
canvas white. This tub offers the option of a decorative skirted bottom or rustic feet to
suit any bathroom décor, from classic to cutting edge. The classic high-back slipper tub
shape exudes an aura of luxury from a bygone era, demanding to be noticed. Emulating
authentic cast iron design, the Oak Hill tub showcases modern acrylic construction with
a high gloss finish for lasting beauty. The footed tub model strikingly highlights the
constrast of the contemporary bathtub styling with the provincial block feet supporting it.
This stand-alone tub is designed for use with either floor or wall-mount tub fillers.

Oak Hill lavatories showcase a charming high back design with an integral front apron
available in a variety of configurations. These delightfully authentic period sinks feature
fine fire clay construction and are pre-drilled for a two-hole faucet spread.
The sleek 30-inch console lavatory with solid
brass legs brings a clean, contemporary feeling
to a turn-of-the-century classic design. For
design flexibility, the console legs are available
in a choice of four designer finishes: polished
chrome, brushed nickel, platinum nickel, and
satin brass.
To add storage space as well as a more rustic
touch, the Oak Hill lavatory is also offered with
a soft white oak wood vanity with vintageinspired hardware or a weathered oak vanity
with decorative tin panel doors that recalls
classic farmhouse style. Both vanities feature a
convenient storage shelf with a pull-out drawer.
The new DXV Oak Hill console sink was
inspired by traditional American farmhouse
design with an updated modern twist. The
console legs are constructed of solid brass
and are available in a choice of four

A perfect complement to these antique-style sinks is the Oak Hill wall-mount spread
faucet with clean, industrial articulations. Available in four designer finishes – polished
chrome, brushed nickel, platinum nickel, and satin brass – the traditional two handle
faucet is designed to be lavatory or wall mounted, as desired.
The distinctive Oak Hill faucet subtly fuses thoughtful styling with timeless utility and
modern innovation. Featuring a cast brass spout with an external waterway and ceramic
disc valve cartridges, this new faucet provides a lifetime of drip-free, worry-free
performance. It delivers a 1.5 gallons per minute (gpm) flow rate, which is a 32 percent
water savings over standard models and meets stringent WaterSense-certification
criteria from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Characterized by an elegantly curved tank, the high efficiency Oak Hill two-piece toilet
(HET) features rich, historical detailing throughout its design. An exposed trapway and a
quaint, decorative lift knob on top of the toilet tank lid lend an authentic period look,
recalling the silhouette of an antique apothecary jar. Beneath its classic exterior, this
HET is built to deliver a powerful flush while using just 1.28 gallons per flush (gpf),
meeting the criteria for EPA WaterSense certification for providing high performance
while using 20 percent less water than traditional 1.6 gpf toilets.
The Oak Hill toilet includes a design matched Duroplast slow-close seat and a
comfortable Right Height (16 ½-inch) elongated bowl configuration that is ADAcompliant. For easy cleaning, this new toilet features EverClean, the unique permanent
finish from American Standard that inhibits the growth of stain and odor-causing
bacteria, mold and mildew on the surface, helping the toilet stay cleaner, longer.
Rounding out this complete selection of attractive bath fixtures is an 18” x 30” mirror with
