We invite You to take part in the Eighth International Symposium «Theory and practice of tax reform», which will be held in Yoshkar-Ola (Russia) on the basis of the Volga State University of Technology. The aim of the Symposium is to discuss the actual problems of tax systems reforming, the development of new theoretical and methodological approaches to the improvement of tax policy, the formation of creative teams to conduct joint tax researches. The language of the Symposium: Russian, English. Organization, schedule: the Symposium provides plenary sessions and a series of round tables, thematic sections, the Day of post-doctoral student. During plenary sessions, sections and round tables limited number of reports and presentations, which have already been reviewed and selected by the Program Committee, will be discussed according to the following procedure: report on plenary session - up to 15 minutes, the sectional report - up to 10 minutes, the answers - up to 5 minutes, discussion and decision-making - up to 5 minutes. It is planned to organize such round tables and sections as: 1. The development of the theoretical foundations of taxation at the federal (nationwide) level. 2. Development of the theory regional and local taxation. 3. The development of theoretical approaches to the understanding of the functions and principles of taxation. 4. The development of conceptual apparatus in theory of taxation. 5. Development of methodology tax administration. 6. The development of empirical studies and mathematical modeling in taxation. 7. Modern trends in tax reforms We invite applicants for the degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences to introduce the main scientific results of their research to leading experts on tax issues on the Day of post-doctoral students. The procedure of the discussion is identical to the above. On results of the discussion it would be possible to receive a special certificate of completion of public review. By the beginning of the Symposium will be published: encyclopedia of theoretical bases in taxation (language - Russian). Font: Тimes New Roman 14 PT, spacing – 1.5, all margins - 20 mm The design of articles: articles should be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission of Russia (the title, text limitation of 8-10 pages, key words in Russian and in English languages, the purpose of the article, analysis of the degree of knowledge of the problem, presentation of the main material, conclusions, directions for future research, bibliography list). In the top right corner of the page You should indicate Your NAME (in full), academic degree and title, place of work and position, city, e-mail address; below the middle of the page is the title of the article. References: bibliography for each article in a list at the end of the article, reference to the sources in the text in square brackets []. Attention: The program committee reserves the right selection of materials for printing. Before the start of the review article will pass the test for originality. The materials do not meet the theme of the symposium and (or) the requirements, will not be accepted for publication. Among the published materials program committee carries out competitive selection of reports to be discussed.
