Specific Litter Deposit Receipt & Holding Agreement
The following agreement is between Julie Daigle (breeder), hereafter referred to as
"Seller," and ______________________________________________, hereafter referred to
as "Purchaser."
In consideration of a deposit of Two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), which is Surety of
Action, Seller assigns Purchaser the option to acquire a puppy as described below, if
one is available, guaranteeing that the dog will not be sold to any party other than
Purchaser for a period of 5 days after the dog's 8 week birthday. At the time Purchaser
acquires physical possession of the dog, that portion of the deposit taken and known as
Surety of Action shall be applied to the purchase price.
In the event of the death or injury of the puppy prior to the Purchaser taking possession,
the Seller agrees to refund the deposit or transfer the deposit to another puppy in the
same or a future litter.
The Breeder will select the appropriate puppy for each Purchaser keeping in mind the
Purchaser’s interests. Puppies are assigned in the order in which the deposit is
received. Puppy assignments will be made at 7 weeks of age. The only exception to this
rule is for a home needing a service or therapy dog. In this case, the Breeder reserves
the right to select the most appropriate puppy, regardless of the order of the deposit.
The Breeder reserves the right to the 1st and 2nd pick of any litter.
Remember: Your deposit isn’t considered received until payment is received. Deposits
will be $250.00 to be paid by check, cash or PayPal. If using PayPal, the buyer must
add a 4% fee – total deposit will be $260.00 – to cover the PayPal fees. .
Breeder reserves the right to refuse to place a puppy with an individual/family they feel
may not have the best interest of the puppy at heart. If a puppy is not placed for this
reason, the deposit, and only the deposit, will be refunded to the buyer.

OUR PUPPIES ARE SOLD WITH AKC LIMITED REGISTRATION and a
SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT
Full registrations, without a spay/neuter contract are available to show/hunt trial homes
only. Show quality/hunt trial puppies will be priced individually based on their pedigree
and conformation. Please notify us in advance if you are interested in a show/hunt trial
puppy.
