Players will initially be divided into boxes on a “Round Robin” basis for all players. Juniors may, if they wish, enter
multiple age-groups. The winner in each box will go through to the main knockout draw and depending on the size of
the entry we will decide when doing the draw whether runners up will also go through to the knockout stages.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1.
All competitors must be affiliated to BE.
2.
All competitors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at the tournament.
3.
Acceptable badminton clothing must be worn
4.
A separate entry form must be submitted for each player
5.
Players are required to report to the tournament referee immediately on arrival.
6.
The County Association reserves the right to refuse entries.
7.
The County Association reserves the right to alter the conditions and in particular the order of play as it deems fit.
8.
Entry forms to be submitted either manually or by email to the Tournament Secretary with a legible contact email so that
confirmation of entry and start time of first matches can be sent by email.
9.
As Dave Woolway is the Tournament Secretary and for ease of administration, BG Performance will be collecting fees on
the County’s behalf.
10.
Payment may be made either:
a.
In cash to the Tournament Secretary
b.
By cheque made payable to “BG Performance” and sent to the Tournament Secretary
c.
By bank transfer to 40:17:10 A/C No 42074923 “BG Performance”
11.
Exceptionally and with the agreement of the Tournament Secretary, fees may be paid in cash (exact money) or cheque on
the day provided the entry form has been accepted by the deadline. Fees to be paid under this condition are subject to the
premium shown on the entry form and will be due before play commences and even if the entrant withdraws.
