DARA Kilglass.... A meeting will be held in the club rooms Weds 30th at 8.30p.m. The purpose of
the meeting is to co ordinate re-training and refresher training for all parishioners in the coming
months as this vital life saving skill can easily be forgotten if not practiced regularly. Please come
along if you are willing to help out. Remember we were Ireland's first heart safe parish .... How
many of us can remember what to do???? There have been changes in recent times so Come along
and let's revive DARA in Kilglass. It is obviously a skill we hope to never have to use but with an
average of 30 people dying every day from cardiac arrest in situations outside of hospitals sadly
there may come a time in our parish where it will be someone we know. The only thing you can do
wrong is do nothing. Watch this space for further information. Let's get every parishioner trained!
