SILVERSMITHING

Beginner-Expert
Let us show you the wonderful world of silversmithing. Soldering, stone setting, sawing, buffing, there
is so much to learn in this class you will want to keep coming back for more! We start you off with a
pattern that everyone should learn. After that there is a little freedom of design. Let us show you the
path to making your unique style!
WIRE WRAPPING

Twisted Techniques!
wire wrapped jewelry is a method of crafting jewelry by hand, with wire & a few simple hand tools....it
involves wrapping, weaving, and twisting wires together to create wearable jewelry. The tools consist
of many types of pliers, cutters, hammers, & files...NO torches, kilns, solder, chemicals, or machinery
is used! The result is beautiful, TRULY handcrafted jewelry with every piece being One-of-a-Kind!

fundamentals. If you’re looking for something specific let us know and we can design a class for you.

PEARL KNOTTING

Having your pearls restrung can cost you hundreds of dollars. Come learn to do it yourself. With this
class you will be knotting up pearls for every outfit! With crystallized pearls fresh water and cultured
pearls so readily available take advantage save your money!

Beading with delicas and seed beads can be very relaxing. There is so many different designs and
things you can do with beads come and learn! From right angle weaves to peyote and more. We can
teach you how to make that!
SILVER CLAY

Silver Clay is a relatively new product and has is particulars. Learn how to handle this product and
you will be on your way to shaping and stamping all kinds beautiful wearable works of art!
CHAINMAIL

Come and learn this fun new take on the ancient technique of chainmail. It’s fun and can be for a
beginner or an expert. You will love the pieces that you make and so will all your friends.

beads. Come and let our teacher show you how much fun crocheting with beads can be and enjoy

Come learn about copper enamelling, Turn a piece of copper into wearable art jewellery, Its
extremely fun to learn and even better to wear! This is an old technique that makes unique and
colourful jewellery that people will love! You will love to make it too!

A Birthday Party at Jewellery Werx is a fun way to celebrate a child's birthday!
With birthday parties starting as low as $15.00/ child this is the perfect spot for your child's party.

Book a class of 5 or more and receive a group discount!
Have an event you're planning? Looking to do something fun for everyone? We do parties! We can
design something for your group to make that can fit any budget. Come on in and ask us about your
event and we can show you around! Ask us how we can accommodate your group!
OPEN STUDIO / BEAD & BREAK– come use our tools and our shop $10.00/Hour must have
experience to use open studio in the shop. The beading classroom is also available for open studio.
EXTRA SILVERSMITHING CLASS- If your project isn’t complete or you want an extra class with
a teacher it is now $60.00 for two hours.
KILN REN0TAL – Want silver clay at home? We’ll fire it for $20.00. At own risk. This is firing only
if you want it tumbled as well $25.00
All of our classes are plus tax and materials, as we let you choose which project and materials you would like to use. We
also allow you to bring in your own materials if you have them, they just have to conform with the pattern. We do require
a 50% non-refundable deposit on your class. If you have to reschedule your class we require 24hours notice.
