2. The aim: to learn to procedural rules, tasks & organization of forensic medical expertise; to
know the rights & duties of medical expert; pathogenesis, conditions & mechanism of appearance,
morphological characteristics & methods of forensic medical diagnostics of damages; etiology,
pathogenesis & methods of diagnostics of diseases, which are the most common cause of the
sudden death; tasks, order & volume of the work, exercising by the physician in examination of the
corpse at the place of the incident; methods of the forensic medical examination of the corpse;
methodics of the examination of victims.
3. The objectives:
Student must know:
 Rights, competence, duties & amenability of the physician in exercising of forensic medical
expertise;

2. The aim: to learn to description, withdraw, keeping, packing, of different material proofs of
biological origin, to know main laboratorial methods of investigation of material proofs
3. The objectives:
Student must know:
 The definition of material poofs, given in Criminal Procedural Code of RK
 The place of producing of expertise of material proofs, reasons for producing of expertise,
documentation of expertise
 Possible blood traces & their forensic medical meaning
 The methods of withdrawing of blood traces from the surface of different objects, the
method of withdrawing of blood trace as samples from the corpses of animals & from alive
persons
 Serologic systems of blood, order of their investigation & possibility of the use of them in
forensic medical practice
 The estimation of specific belonging of the blood
Student must be able:
 To describe the blood traces from different objects
 To withdraw & pack the proofs, preventing their damage
 To produce the microcrystal reaction on the spheres of hemochromagen, reaction on
