been selected as a member of the “2014 All-Regional Scholastic Team”!
The Southwest Region Pop Warner (SWR) Officers would like to extend their congratulations to
you and your child scholar for receiving this prestigious honor. We are planning our annual
Regional Little Scholars Awards Banquet Ceremony and would be honored for your Little Scholar
Honoree to attend this ceremony, due to receiving this prestigious award.


There will be no dinner tickets. Your name will be at the SWR Registration Tables in
the host hotel one hour prior to the event. FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Seating is
limited, so please get your reservations in early. All reservations will be handled on a first
come first serve basis.

Please complete the attached order form and return it on or before March 13, 2015. The cost
per adult meal is $40.00. The cost per child’s meal for children 12 and under is $25.00, not
including the Little Scholar Honoree. The Little Scholar Honoree will attend free. (Special Note:
Please enclose your check or money order with the order form. All meals must be paid in full
prior to the event in order to complete your reservation. There will be a $5 late fee per meal if
reservation is post-marked after the due date.)

The Regional Little Scholars Awards Banquet Ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, March 21,
2015 at 7:00pm. It will be held at the El Tropicano Riverwalk Hotel / 110 Lexington Ave. /
San Antonio, Texas 78205. We plan to have dinner served first and our awards ceremony to
immediately follow. This will be a gala event for our Little Scholar Honorees, as well as their
friends and family. We hope to see you on this special night as we gather together to celebrate our
“2014 All-Regional Scholastic Team” and their magnificent academic accomplishments. Hotel
