Assignment Instruction:
Students are required to complete a 2500-word essay to address the
following:
Critically discuss how human resource management can contribute to
improved organisational performance. To what extent has a link has been
established
between
human
resource
management
and
improved
organisational performance?
Students should draw on the course textbook and other relevant academic
sources, including academic journals, to address this question. Students
should refer to the module handbook for details of the coursework
assessment criteria and marking guidelines and to the generic coursework
feedback posted on Blackboard following the prior assessment. Students
should pay particular attention to referencing their work in accordance with the
guidance provided in the module handbook and to the requirement for wide
reading and independent research on the subject being addressed.
