Responsibilities:
 Keeping a record of PAMAS instruments in all over South Asia and ensures that they are in
proper working condition.
 Interacting with all PAMAS customers with respect to calibration of each equipment prior to
expiry.
 Reporting to Service Manager; preparing KPI, PM and Service reports.
 Installation of new instruments at the customer premise and provide training for the operator
 Completing and Proper Closure of all troubleshooting, breakdown service, repair service within
stipulated time.
 Planning required upgradation for instruments to achieve production quality and cost minimizing.
