The primary goal of this module is: Identify the anatomical structures in the skeletal system; and describe muscular system disorders and diseases, test, procedures and drug categories.
The musculoskeletal system can be broken into 2 systems- the skeletal system and the muscular system.
The skeletal system is comprised of the bones that make up the internal framework of our bodies. The muscular system provides us with movement.

3. Locate and describe the major organs of the musculoskeletal system and their functions.
4. Correctly place bones in either the axial or the appendicular skeleton.
5. List and describe the components of a long bone.
