High School Placement Test Registration
TEST DATES:
December 5, 2015 and December 12, 2015
All 8th grade students are encouraged to pre-register to take the High School Placement Test.
The exam will be offered at each Catholic high school on above dates for a $40 fee.
Students can take the test at any Catholic high school. Registration may be completed online at
www.archbalt.org/schools or by completing this registration form and mailing it to the testing site. A hardcopy of the registration form can be found on each school’s website and in their Admissions Office.
Forms must be received prior to testing date. Fee may be paid by credit card during online registration OR by
check and mailed with the registration form to the testing site. Checks must be made out to the school.
You may only take the HSPT once. Please register by one method only.
Remember to bring two number 2 pencils and the use of calculators is not permitted during testing.
Check-in begins at 8:30am and the test will begin promptly at 9am.
