SOUTHWEST REGION SUNDAY SCHOOL COMPETITION
The 2015 Southwest Regional Sunday School competitions will be held at Immanuel Marthoma
Church of Houston on Saturday, August 8th, 2015 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Participant grade level
classification will be based on the participant’s grade in the 2014-2015 Sunday school year.
The following competitions will be held:
Singing:
Kindergarten through Primary Junior (K- 4th grade) – First two Stanzas
of the song (Top two performers from each grade.)
Junior through Senior High ( 5th - 12th Grade) – First two Stanzas of the song
(Top two boys and two girls from each grade.)
Judging Criteria:
Sound quality (pitch, voice), Dynamics (Rhythm, time, volume)
Phrasing (depth, clarity), and Presentation
