Use 11 pt Times New Roman fonts for name of authors. The footnotes are typed in Times New
Roman 10 points letter with an 11 points spacing between the lines.
Abstract
The full paper must not exceed Six (6) pages. Keep one blank line space between names of
authors and abstract. Use 10 pt Times New Roman fonts for body of the text with exactly 13 points
spacing between lines. Left and right indent should be 5 mm (0.2 in.). Abstract should contain no
more than 200 words. Keep one blank line before keywords.
Keywords: Use 10 pt; lower case; italic; Times New Roman; write in alphabetical order within 5-10
words.
1. Introduction
1.1. Instructions for typists
Margins are to be set as left margin = 37.5mm, right margin = 25mm, top margin = 25mm and
bottom margin = 25mm. Each page is typed in Times New Roman 11 points letter for the main
text with exactly 13 points spacing between the lines, text alignment is “Justify”. On the first
page, The Title of the Paper will be typed in bold with Capitalize Each Word and should start
after two blank lines below the conference heading. Keep one blank line between Paper Title and
Name of Authors. The headings used are:
2. First-Order Headings
All headings must be numbered. First-Order Headings (Capitalize Each Word) are typed in
bold, upper- and lower-case letters with one blank line space above the heading and one blank
line space below. The text after the heading begins at the left-hand margin (i.e., it is not indented
as for new paragraph). Some part of the texts must be within the same page of the heading.
2.1. Second-order headings
Second-order headings are typed in bold italics with a capital initial (Sentence case), at the lefthand margin. There is one line space above, but no line space below the heading. The text after
the heading begins at the left-hand margin (i.e., it is not indented as for new paragraph). Some
part of the texts should be within the same page of the heading.
2.1.1. Third-order headings
Third-order headings are typed in plain italics with a capital initial (Sentence case), at the lefthand margin. There is one line space above, but no line space below the heading. Some part of
the texts should be within the same page of the heading.
New paragraphs are to be started at the left-hand margin, with one blank space between the
paragraphs.

3. Special Problems
3.1. Tables
Keep one blank line above table heading. Place table heading at the top of the table and leave one
blank line between tables and headings. Do not use full stops at the end of the heading. Use
horizontal lines above tables, below column headings and below tables. Use capitals for the first
letter of column headings. As far as practicable, arrange the tables in the vertical direction just as
in text. Refer each table in the text. Table 1 is an example of an acceptable table format. Tables
and text may appear on the same page. Tables and table headings alignment is “Center”.

3.2. Figure
Skip one line above and below Fig. Place Fig. captions at the bottom of the Fig. and leave one
line of spacing between Fig. and captions. Do not use full stops at the end of Fig. captions. Start
second and subsequent lines immediately below the first letter of the caption. Skip one line after
caption. Fig. and text may appear on the same page.

Legends, scales, etc. must be large enough to be legible. Give the consecutive numbers for tables
and Fig. respectively. Refer each Fig. in the text. Fig. 1 is an example of an acceptable Fig. You
can break a paragraph in case of placing a Fig. Try to avoid blank spaces within the text and Fig.,
and Fig. captions alignment is “Center”. Text wrapping mode of all Fig. must be “In Line with
Text”.
3.3. Equations
Equations should be numbered sequentially as follows. Keep one blank line above and below the
equation. Refer each equation in the text. Equation 1 is an example of an acceptable equation.

4. Acknowledgement
Financial support provided by any organization can be acknowledged.
5. References
In the text, author’s last name should be followed by the number of reference; e.g. “it has been
demonstrated by Karim et al. [1] that …” or “Anwar [4] reported that …”. In the list of references,
arrange references according to chronological order (i.e., [1], [2], [3], ). Keep 6 pt spacing after
each reference. When two or more references by the same author are listed, the earlier work
should appear first. All references must be cited in the text.
