Short Introduction:
We choose this cake because it’s a special cake
and Beautiful cake and its had a funny form.
Additional we made this cake once and its was
very tasty. We want to try it again.
Ingredients: The Lower Part
1. 150g of biscuit
2. 2 spoons of cocoa
3. 1/4 glass of sugar
4. 100g off butter
For The Cheese Filling
1. 1000g off white cheese
2. 3/4 off sugar
3. 6 eggs
For The Mixture Off White Chocolate
1. 200g of white chocolate
2. 1/3 off sweet cream
3. 1 spoon off cornflour
For The Mixture Off Dark Chocolate
1. 150g off dark chocolate
2. 2/3 off glass sweet cream
3. 1 teaspoon off powder coffee
Equipment you need:
1 glass
1 spoon
1 wood spoon
2 bowls
2 jars
1 mixture
1 mixer
Preparation steps:
First blended the biscuit crumbs with cocoa,
Sugar powder and butter and paperclip this.
Then we save in fridge until cheese filling is ready.
After that for the cheese filling we heat the oven to 140
degrees and put it in the oven.
Then in the bowl we mix sugar and cheese until the
sugar melting. Then we add eggs and mix the mixture.
Next we melting a white chocolate and sweet cream.
We add to the bowl 1/2 off the cheese milting and mix
the mixture.
Later we move the glass from the mash to the bowl and
add cornflour and mix the mixture. And add to regural
mixture for get a uniform mixture.
After that for the dark chocolate we melting the dark
chocolate sweet cream and powder coffee.
Then we add to the bowl other half of the cheese filling
and we mix it to get a smooth mixture.
Next we move all the mixtures to a big bowl. We
pour the black mixture to the baking pan until this
spread. This time we pour for the center of the baking
pan the white mixture. Continue to get a form of rings.
Next we move the baking pan to the oven and baking it
for like a hour and a quarter. Until the cake is.
Finally we take out the cake from the oven. We put the
cake in the fridge for 24 hours before we serve the
cake. Enjoy!!!
