POSITION DUTIES:
Include, but not limited to: Instructional supervision & leadership, student
management, coordinating educational programs through meetings with staff,
review teachers’ activities, and issuance of directives, plan and monitor school
budget, graduation coach-coaching students on the importance of education and
the importance of attendance; tutoring students in areas of poor academic
performance; providing second-shot instruction to students performing poorly on
State CRT exams; conducting home visits; providing students with information
about career and college opportunities; serving as home-school liaison; dealing
with minor disciplinary situations. May include additional days for other district
leadership responsibilities.
