PUPPY SALES AGREEMENT
This is an agreement between Sarah Shaw, hereafter the breeder, located at 7462 Loches Road,

The breeder reserves the right to refuse this transaction at any time for any reason
deemed appropriate by the breeder. In the event that the breeder refuses/cancels this
transaction, all monies paid by the buyer will be refunded.
Deposit:
Acceptable forms of payment are: cash, check, money order, credit card and PayPal. Please make checks
payable to Sarah Shaw. Once the buyer has placed a deposit, the remaining balance (plus shipping if
applicable) must be paid in full prior to scheduled pickup/delivery. Please note if paying with a check the
buyer MUST give ample time for the check to clear before the scheduled pickup/delivery time. By placing
the $250 deposit, this signifies intent on behalf of the buyer to commit to pay the remainder of the
purchase price of the puppy in the amount of $ 750
for a total purchase price of $ 1000
.
Refund Policy:
Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. In the unfortunate event something unforeseen effects the puppy that
deems the puppy unadoptable, (illness, injury, death, etc.) the buyer will be promptly notified and the
deposit will be applied to the purchase of another puppy. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
Puppy Selection Process:
Upon receipt of the buyer’s deposit, the buyer’s name will be placed in the next available “slot” on the
“Pick List.” Buyer’s whose names appear highest on the “Pick List” will be given priority during the puppy
selection process. The selection process will begin when puppies are 4 weeks old. The buyer may appear
in person to select a puppy or the buyer may choose via phone or email. The buyer will then be given 24
hours to make a selection. If the buyer fails to select a puppy within the 24 hour time frame, priority will be

given to the next name on the “Pick List.” The breeder will post updated photos and/or videos at the
buyer’s request to aid in the selection of a puppy. The breeder will make every effort to contact the buyer
at the commencement of the puppy selection process. However, if the breeder is unable to make contact,
the buyer’s name will be removed from the “Pick List” and all monies paid will be retained for purchase of
another puppy.
Spay/Neuter Agreement:
The buyer agrees to have the puppy spayed/neutered by a licensed veterinarian, at the buyer’s expense,
by 8 months of age. A copy of the receipt documenting the procedure must be sent to the breeder for
proof that the procedure has been performed. The breeder reserves the right to retain registration papers
until proof has been received by the breeder. The buyer must take every precaution to assure pregnancy
does not result from the unaltered puppy. Breeding rights are available to approved breeders and can be
purchased for an additional cost which shall be determined by the breeder.
Health Guarantee:
The breeder guarantees that the puppy has been examined by a licensed veterinarian and is found to be
in good health at the time of pickup/delivery. At the expense of the buyer, the puppy MUST be examined
by a licensed veterinarian within 3 business days of receiving the puppy and a copy of the receipt must be
sent to the breeder within 7 days to validate this Health Guarantee. Should the puppy be found in ill health
(excluding parasites, hypoglycemia, umbilical hernia and/or over/under bite), the cause of which is clearly
attributable to the breeder, the buyer may, upon written diagnosis from said veterinarian either, return for a
FULL refund of the purchase price or the puppy will be replaced with another puppy of equal or greater
value. If the puppy is diagnosed with an incurable, life threatening, genetic illness by 12 months of age,
the buyer will need to provide written notification by two licensed veterinarians from separate practices
stating the diagnosis, accompanied with all test results. Upon receipt of (both) said written notifications the
breeder will replace the puppy with the first available puppy of equal or greater value as soon as possible
or a partial refund will be given. Breeder reserves the right to have the dog reexamined by a veterinarian
of breeder’s choice at the breeder’s expense. The breeder assumes no responsibility for expenses of any
kind, including veterinarian expenses or any travel expenses incurred. Buyer is responsible for any travel
expenses for replacement puppy. The puppy is warranted ONLY for the purpose of being a companion
animal. The puppy is not to be used in any illegal or immoral activities and absolutely not to be used for
any type of “puppy mill”, “dog farm” or any other mass producing operation.

General Information:
Puppies will be available for pickup/delivery at 8 weeks of age. The puppy will have received it’s first set of
vaccinations, started on basic obedience, including but not limited to; crate training, commands, manners,
house training, etc. Due to circumstances beyond the breeders control the breeder CANNOT guarantee
whether or not the puppy’s coat will be non-shedding, hypoallergenic, fade in color or other coat related
“issues” The breeder also does NOT guarantee adult size, confirmation, trainability or overall
temperament of the puppy/adult dog.
