The Concept Note is not a full and well‐defined description of a Project. The detailed Project will be fully elaborated after the partner is selected. The Concept Note is to help UNHCR to better understand and select the Best‐Fit Partner for a specific Project. Please mention the specific project title and identification number so the concept note can be correctly evaluated. A separate Concept Note should be submitted for each separate project listed. The concept note should cover a 12 month implementation cycle from 1 January to 31 December 2015 only. Proposals will be assessed using the selection criteria specified in the Call for Expression of Interest. Concept Notes submitted should not exceed 10 pages in length.
