Team Expectations: The Patsy Graham Meet is intended to be a FUN meet. There will
be serious races and fun races. We ask that participants refrain from inappropriate
costumes/props but are encouraged to dress up and get creative. In the past we have had
teams swim with a variety of props/and interesting attire. These make the meet fun, but
remember this is a MEMORIAL event, so let’s keep it appropriate! Pool will close at
end of the Memorial Lap. We ask teams to refrain from jumping in the pool at the
end of the event.
Events: (In this Order) Events can have two heats if needed except as otherwise
noted. Please let me know if you anticipate needing a second heat and
for what events. Teams that can not fill an event, please notify me
ASAP so that event can be offered to another team. We do not want
any empty lanes. Thanks!

swam with, or was coached by Patsy Graham swim a 25 in her honor. In
addition anyone who would like to swim a lap for Olivia Aull or any other
swimmer or coach you would like to memorialize please feel free to do so.
We ask everyone on deck to stand if able for the Memorial Lap.
Coaches are encouraged to swim for their own teams. Other swimmers 19 and over may be parents,
pool members or any former swim team members- We encourage as many swimmers as possible to
participate. Swimmers for the special events (17, 18, 29, and 30) should register their relay teams at
the Clerk of Course and receive a lane assignment.
The Greenbriar Pool Community thanks all our participants and guests for joining us in
this event to honor the memory of Patsy Graham, an accomplished swimmer, coach, and
youth role model. Through your generosity, we have raised more than $75,000 to date
through what James Madison University has publicly cited as one of their most unique
scholarship fundraising efforts.
