Our Own Voice – A panel of people who have mental illness explain what they have been through & what it is like to live with a mental illness. Participants may ask questions as this is interactive.

Saturday, November 9 th – Four Square Church, 200 Curran St, Burlington, 10 a.m.-Noon. Fund

Raiser Tea 10a-Noon Bring your mom or special person in your life. Please bring your own special tea cup & saucer! Cost is $5.00 per person. Sign up by calling 319-392-4016 and leaving a message or email tamee.decoursey@yahoo.com

Dress up & join us for “tea time”.

We will play get-to-know-you games & have tea & treats. Entertainment provided by Mark

Borderline Personality Illness Presenter: Terri Elliott PMHRN-BC. American Nurses Certified

Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse. Participants will gain knowledge of what Borderline

Personality Illness is and how it is treated.

American Nurses Certified Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse. We will have a presentation and discussion on medication issues in our society and why people with mental illness frequently do not stay on their medications.
