PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Since 28th December 2008 till date I am working in ENGTP Company (It is the National
Company of Great Oil works. It is a subsidiary of the Algerian Company of Oil and Gas
SONATRACH. It is specialized in construction of industries plants mainly in oil and gas
production and processing facilities plants, petrochemical and power plants). Because it’s my first
job in the field of oil and gas, I followed an “On-The-Job-Training” program during 15 months
(From 28th December 2008 To 17th April 2010). After a successful exam, I had a confirmation as a
specialized instrumentation engineer. At present, I am working as Senior Electrical &
Instrumentation Engineer.
Realized & Ongoing Projects:
1. Project Name: Southern Fields Development Project IN SALAH –ALGERIA.
Place: IN SALAH, Algeria.
Client: SONATRACH – BP – STATOIL JV / PETROFAC International Ltd.
Duration: From April 2013 To Mai 2014
Designation: Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer.
Project Brief: CPF REG-Hassi Moumen - CS 24¨ PIPELINE REG TO ICP» In Salah Gas
Southern Fields Development Project (SFDP ISG).
Main activities & responsibilities:
 Manage and supervises the Instrument & Electrical construction activities at the site on a day-to-day
basis and responsible for the due completion of the same as per plan and schedule. Established and
maintain timely completion of E&I activities as per project timelines.
 Responsible for ensuring all aspects of the project comply with HSSE requirement and corporate HSSE
Policies and procedures.
 Installation of Cathodic protection for pipeline and tanks.
 Installation & Testing of fiber cables from Bloc Valves to Interconnection Point ICP.
 Carrying out project nature major / minor shutdown activities of removing all field instruments,
calibration, installing back, inspection, loop checking & commissioning.
 Exposure to multiple vendor package installations and integration and interface to plant control
systems.
 Coordinating with client, and Attending weekly progress meeting with our client for discussing scope
of work, work progress, scope clarifications etc.
 Perform inspections of all instrumentation work in progress on a continual basis and complete final
checkout of instrumentation installations to ensure quality and conformance to specifications and codes
prior to turnover to client for startup
 Prepare Material take-off (MTO) for Instruments, cables, Support materials, Fittings, trays, tubes etc.

 Conducting quality Tool Box Talks for related jobs before starting the works to avoid rework and
delaying.
 Preparation of work permit, JSA and Risk Assessment for nature of the job to be performed.
 Installation of field process instruments and fire & gas detection system (detectors manual call points&
devices, audible and visual alarms and panels).
 Installation of instrument control panels/ marshalling cabinets and local panel & junction box.
 Installation of communication system equipments & installation of CCTV & telephone & Loudspeaker &
public address/general alarm system equipments (PAGA).
 Installation of hook up Air tubing, Impulse tubing & analyzer tubing. Termination , Laying multi-core
cables & secondary cables, Termination of Marshaling Cabinet & Junction Box and Continuity & IR
Megger test and Fabrication of cable trays, conduit and supports as per Drawing , Installation & Testing
of fiber Cables .
 Calibration, loop check, function test, Installation , inspection and configuration of all instruments
(Transmitters, control, shutdown & Safety valves, gauges and switches etc.) By Hart communicator and
all other calibrator devices.
 Review of all the engineering drawings (PID, Loop Drawing, Logic diagram, schedule, layouts etc.)
and identify any Modification as required as site condition , Discuss and solve any technical Query and
Final Review of marked-up / as-built drawing and handover to the client .
 Coordinate with other engineering heads at the project site to review the overall progress in work and
coordinate with them to assess any hold points.
 Review all the Contract and BOQ related to the project & ensuring the supply of construction material
and manpower.
 Prepare reports on progress, constraints and difficulties encountered.
 Coordinating with client, and attending weekly progress meetings.
 Perform all the Commissioning & power up activity and ensure handover the system to the operation
 Check the quality and the availability of the Material at warehouse to be sure that the work activities
run without any delay and prepare material requisition for any shortage material.
3. Project Name: New CTH (Oil Treatment Center) which comprises the CSC (Separation &
Compression Center) and the Boosting area:
Place: Rhourd Nouss, Illizi, Algeria.
Client: JGC Corporation
Duration: From 30th May 2010 To March 2011
Designation: QC Instrument Engineer.
Main activities & responsibilities:
 Ensure Quality of all the activity at the project site and as Ensuring compliance of works with applicable
codes, standards, contract Specifications, identify any non-conformance & coordinating suitable
corrective action.

 Reviewing quality control procedure (QCP's) and Inspection Test Plan (ITP's) as per
Specification and project requirements and Follow the international standard (IEC, ISA, NEMA
 Prepare inspection forms (ITR) and Mechanical completion Document (MCD) by PetroPCS and
coordinate with client to obtain a final sign off and handover to the client.
 Inspection of field instruments mounted & Junction Box, System/ Marshaling cabinets, Control panels &
