JOB DESCRIPTION & PERSON SPECIFICATION
Job Title: Wholesale Website Development Co-ordinator
Location: Falmouth, Cornwall
Reporting To: Information Systems Manager
Primary Objectives
To lead the development of the wholesale website, contributing towards increasing productivity
and revenue. To maintain all of the web content and to drive wholesale sales. To detail testing
and delivering specification of systems development requirements.
Main Tasks and Key Areas of Work

Responsible for liaising and co-ordinating with the necessary departments to ensure that
the site has:
o Website graphics, banners & content
o Product information – Wholesale Upload Sheet
o Promotions, special offers, discounts
o Stock updates


Implement against ISP themes and deadlines, involved in ISP progress meetings
Setting mini critical paths detailing when information is required, meeting the product
upload deadlines and communicating this to wider teams within the business.
Seeking approval of developments and agreeing schedule of project tasks
Testing and delivery of developments
Seeking support from other departments when necessary to scope and test developments
To document and maintain all of the processes associated with the wholesale systems
To carry out systems training of wholesale team where necessary
Inputting and checking that product data is correct on the Wholesale Upload Sheet.
Uploading and mapping the product upload sheets using the website backend system.
Categorising products on the website.
Updating product content as and when needed.
Moving products around the product listing pages in line with marketing activity.
Creating new product pages ready for updates.
Checking the user journeys from each mailing campaign and moving products around the
site accordingly.
Ensure that all images and colour swatches are displaying correctly.
Updating web content in-line with deadlines using a Content Management System and
basic HTML code. Web content will include homepage and landing page graphics and
general site content.
To take responsibility that all links on the site including homepages and landing pages take
customers through the correct user journeys.
Provide weekly and monthly reports using Google analytics on marketing activity and
website performance.
Attend and co-ordinate outcomes from the Wholesale Commercial Team Meetings.
Implement marketing campaigns and initiatives in line with budget and agreed by Head of
Wholesale, Merchandising Director and Sales Director

























Ensure email marketing strategy is adhered to, as confirmed on the ISP.
Work with the B2C website team to ensure the site functionality is harmonised with the B2B
website, where necessary
To work with the Marketing department to ensure brand integrity is upheld on all B2B
communications.
Liaise with the Information Systems Project Manager on new developments and testing for
the wholesale website.
You will be required to action new and existing development requirements for our B2B
website www.seasaltpartners.co.uk and other systems in line with the project plan and as
agreed with the Head of Wholesale and the project manager.
You will be required to test all delivered functionality on our test systems within the
timescale of the project and feedback to the systems developers where there are any
discrepancies between the development and the specification. You will need to liaise with
the systems developers over fixing any outstanding issues until the development matches
the specification.
