3) Once the above has been completed, we will confirm receipt of the payment and mail your travel kit
which will have more information about the tour and guide to prepare for your trip.

Kindly ensure that you have adequate and appropriate personal insurance and medical travel insurance
prior to departure. Whilst in transit, loss of luggage (whether temporary or permanent) will be the
responsibility of the airline carrier and/ or yourself. Any cost associated with recovery of lost baggage will
be for the client’s account. Skyline Travel & Safaris will not be liable for any damage or loss of personal
items belonging to or his/her companions before, during or after the agreed tour dates.

The Traveler represents that neither he nor she nor anyone traveling with him or her has any physical or other
condition or disability that could create a hazard to himself or herself or other members of the tour. SKYLINE
TRAVEL reserves the right to decline to accept anyone on a trip. SKYLINE TRAVEL reserves the right to remove
from the trip, at his or her sole expense, anyone whose condition is such that he or she could create a hazard to
himself or others, or otherwise impact the enjoyment of other passengers on the trip.
