Manuscript Format
Size: The Manuscript should be prepared in English language by using MS Word . Article can be up to
3000 words excluding references and abstract.
Paper
Use Letter Type page (8 1/2" x 11").
Margins
Leave margins of your article 1" (2.5 cm) at the top, bottom, left and right sides of each and every page.
1" is about 10 typed spaces. Exception is made for page numbers which are placed 1/2" (1.25 cm) from
the top upper-right hand corner, flushed to the right margin.
Font Size & Style
10pt Times new roman, and typed in single space. Number all pages sequentially at footer (right).
The text of observational and experimental articles is usually (but not necessarily) divided into the
following sections: Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion. This so-called “IMRAD” structure is
not an arbitrary publication format but rather a direct reflection of the process of scientific discovery.
Title Page
Title – Title of the paper should be in bold face, Title case (font size 20), name of the authors in normal
face, Title case (font size 11)
Addresses, and positions of all authors (normal face, title case font size 10) plus email address (normal
face, lower case font size 10)for corresponding author
Abstract
Abstract should be in brief and structured. The abstract should tell the context, basic procedure, main
findings and principal conclusions. It should emphasize new aspect of study or research.Avoid
abbreviation, diagram and references in abstract. It should be single spaced and should not exceed more
than 200 words.
Introduction
Provide background, nature of the problem and its significance. The research objective is often more
sharply focused when stated as a question. Both the main and secondary objectives should be clear. It
should not include data or conclusions from the work being reported.
Methods
The Methods section should include only information that was available at the time. The method should
include the technical information about protocol, algorithm, procedure and any apparatus to be used.
Describe statistical methods with enough detail to enable a knowledgeable reader with access to the
original data to verify the reported results and information obtained during the study includes in the
Results section.
Results & Discussion
The result should be present in a logical sequence by using various tools like graph, tables, text, charts
and illustrations. The data should not be repeated in table or any other tool if it is in text. Most
important observation should be put first in sequence. All tables graph photos should be clean and of
good resolution. When summarize result, it should also be in absolute number not only as derivative like
(percentage, approximate etc).
In discussion emphasize should be given to new ideas and important aspect of study. The data which
you have produce in method or result should not be repeated. In experimental study you can compare
and contrast the result with other empirical study.
References
References should be arranged alphabetically without numbering. References must be complete and
properly formatted. Authors should prepare the references according to the following guidelines.
For a book:
References must consist of last name and initials of author(s), year of publication, title of book (italicized
or underlined), publisher’s name, total pages.

For a chapter in a book:
References must consist of last name and initials of author(s), year of publication, title of chapter, title of
book (italicized or underlined), publisher’s name, and inclusive pages for the chapter.

For a Journal article:
Journals must consist of last name and initials of author(s), year of publication of journal, title of paper,
title of journal (italicized or underlined),volume of journal (boldface), page numbers (beginning of article

Conference Proceedings:
References must consist of last name and initials of author(s), year of publication, title of paper,
indication of the publication as proceedings, or extended abstracts volume; name of the conference
(italicized or underlined), city and state where conference was held, conference sponsor’s name , and
pages of the paper.
