List of Tools and Resources Available to support LBS Service Providers in Ontario As part of the Common Assessment for the OALCF Training Project – 2014/15 February 2015 Updated June 2015 Tools and Resources to Support LBS Service Providers in Ontario As part of the 2014/15 Service Delivery Network Development Fund (SDNDF) Common Assessment Training project, this list has been developed to showcase the many tools and resources available to support LBS practitioners and administrators in Ontario. These tools and resources have been developed by a variety of funding sources (i.e. SDNDF, Trillium, etc.), however they all support practitioners in the delivery of high quality, effective LBS programming that supports learners to achieve their goals. Many of the tools and resources that are developed can be used across all sectors and streams (in some cases) with some adaptation or modification (i.e. Anglophone stream resources can be adapted for Aboriginal programming with the addition of the cultural component. As well, Aboriginal resources can be used in Anglophone programming in the same way. The biggest challenge is the adaptation and/or translation for the Deaf and Francophone streams. they are all stream-specific resources that should be highlighted.
