United States History I American Revolution Project Mrs. Menzella Imagine that you are a newspaper reporter who is present during the American Revolution. Your job is to report the news to all of the thirteen colonies, explaining what is happening during the revolution. You are required to report about THREE major events from the Revolutionary War. Include “interviews” with eye witnesses on the scene, an attention grabbing headline, all of the important facts and details, etc. This should read like an actual newspaper and each news story should be roughly one page in length. You will be graded on grammar, spelling, sentence structure and thoughtfulness within your writing as well as how accurate and detailed your information is and creativity.
