with administrator to determine control of box tops funds.
4.2. Curt Gerbers – Supplies for Middle School Odyssey of the Mind. Approved full request of $200.
4.3. Penny Parmeter – High School Bowling team travel to tournaments. Denied pending additional
information. Was request first submitted to sports boosters?
5. Current and Upcoming Projects
5.1. Math-O-Rama – February 7. Volunteers Recruited. Coke rewards for prizes.
5.2. Sundaes for Scholarships – Sharon Olson (Patti Moyer’s mom and owner of Galaxy Pizza)
committed to donating ice cream for the remainder of season. Volunteer Schedule Created

5.3. Labels for Education – Meet with principals and possibly superintendent to discuss who holds
and controls funds from elementary
5.4. Carvinal – Danyle getting booth for sno-cone sales. PTCO volunteering for kiddie prizes.
Fundraiser Updates
6.1. Fazoli’s Spaghetti Dinner – PTCO to provide drinks. Mandi donating lemonade
6.2. Chuckie Cheese –March 18. 3 pm. No school that day
6.3. Galazy Pizza – 15% off all sales. Friday Feb 22
6.4. Roller Fox – 3 fundraisers per calendar year. Friday Feb 22 1-3 pm
6.5. Entertainment book – planned for fall
6.6. Buffalo Wild Wings – Jessica still investigating
6.7. Mom 2 Mom Sale – March 9. 9am to 1pm. $15 per table. PTCO will have a table for donations
Facebook Page – All board members now have admin access (except Paula because she doesn’t use
Facebook). Gift card give away to encourage more “likes.”
Back Ups – Website, including email newsletter system, will have at least 3 people with access. Email
newsletter list to be printed so a backup can be kept in file cabinets.
Board of Education Update
9.1. Board Policy Revisions and Update to the Athletic Policy will be added online
9.2. High school locker replacement complete
9.3. HVAC system still being worked on
9.4. Security cameras installed and will be operational when after spring break
Grassroots Update

Interesting meeting

Disappointed with lack of administration in attendance from Kent City
10.3.
Discussed hosting grassroots education forum in Kent City. Would need to partner with
school administration
