2016 TWS Southeastern Wildlife Conclave Eastern Kentucky University March 17-20, 2016 The 2016 TWS Southeastern Wildlife Conclave will be held on Eastern Kentucky University’s campus, in Richmond, KY. Registration cost is $115 per person and includes meals (3 dinners and 2 lunches), a t-shirt for each participant, and entry to the social event. Registration does not include lodging. There is a limit of 20 participants per school, including advisors. Lodging: Lodging locations and costs are listed on our website and reservations must be made by your school directly with the hotels. When you call and make the reservations, make sure to indicate that you are a part of the Southeastern Wildlife Conclave. To help us with planning for transportation and other logistics please include which hotel your school will be staying at and the number of rooms on the registration form. Refund Policy: There will be no refunds once your school has submitted its registration form. Alcohol Policy: Eastern Kentucky University has a no alcohol policy while on university grounds. The Eastern Kentucky University Student Chapter of The Wildlife Society is not licensed to sell or distribute alcohol. No alcohol will be served by EKU or organizers of this event. There is a licensed bar attached to the location where the social will occur on Friday night where persons of legal age can purchase alcoholic beverages. Disclaimer: As part of registration, participants will receive email information from Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife about short-term fishing opportunities (1-day licenses, where to fish), as well as information about the 2016-2017 Kentucky elk hunt. 1 Registration: Please send only one check for your entire school; multiple checks will not be accepted and will delay your registration. In addition to emailing the form, please print the same form out and mail it with your school’s check by February 10, 2016.
