PREFERRED SUPPLIER LIST DOCUMENTATION FOR AGENCIES:
Purpose:
The purpose of implementing such agreements are to primarily reduce our agency spend, increase the collaboration
between apetito and the agencies, achieve a more consistent service and standardise procedures across all departments.
The development of “partnership” relationships is to ensure long term and consultative market place knowledge. With a 2way relationship it becomes mutually beneficial, and builds an improved understanding of apetito as a business and our
culture to aid candidate fit.
Recruitment Process:

 Internal advertising for 2 weeks.
 Our own methods of recruiting – database / job boards etc...
 1st Tier suppliers – 10 working days exclusively
 2nd Tier suppliers – 5 working days
 3rd Tier – general market place i.e. other agencies / divisions within the Tiered agencies.
Apetito commitments to those on Tier 1 & Tier 2:
 We will feedback on CV’s within 48 hours of submission (subject to no unforeseen circumstances).
 Feedback on interviews within 2 working days (subject to no unforeseen circumstances).
 Prompt invoice payment
 We will NOT contact agency candidates without prior consent within 6 months of “introduction”
 Recruitment Brief with every role
 Meeting either with Recruitment Officer and/or Hiring Manager for each role
 To notify agencies of any engagements of candidates
 Exclusivity to those agencies on tier 1 and tier 2.
 Progress reporting
 Review PSL every 6 months (subject to change).

 Discounted rates
 Limited and screened number of candidates CVs
 Rebate structure
 Good levels of candidate care
 Payment terms

Apetito conditions for Agencies
 That charge rates and stipulations below are agreed and adhered to by filling in and signing the necessary forms
 Each consultant wishing to apply for the apetito PSL tender will need to fill in and return the necessary forms
confirming charge rates and agreement to stipulations.
 Every candidate submitted MUST have been spoken with and vetted by the agency, if in the case of duplication, apetito
are able to go with the agency who the candidate wishes to be represented by, and suitable communication direct from the
candidate to apetito will counteract any dealings or communications from previous agencies.
 No speculative CVs unless relevant to the job brief, and again if candidates are aware their details are being sent to us. If
candidates prove to be successful from a speculative email, charge rates will be in accordance to Tier 1 structure.
 All communication is through the Recruitment Officer and NOT Hiring Managers
 Payment terms 30 days of candidate start date on permanent engagements
 Rebate structure up to 13 weeks.
 Charge rates are based on basic remuneration, not inclusive of commission or bonus.
 All Temps are to have been met with and interviewed / skills assessed before submission / references taken for last 3
years / eligibility to work documents held – We may ask for proof of such documentation and or test results
 Not to promote salary on external advertising
 Allow us access to audit temporary candidate packs and information held on file.
 Apetito have ownership of candidates details 6 months after submission
 Agency “Introductions” are classed as an interview arranged and expire after 6 months.
 Re-introductions – i.e. if a candidate is submitted for a role and is not suitable, but suitable for another role agency will
fall in to Tier 1 charge rates.
 Agencies can only work on a vacancy when instructed by the Recruitment Officer
 Releasing vacancies to Tier 1 / Tier 2 and General Market place is not guaranteed for every vacancy and will be at
Recruitment Officers discretion
 This is a consultant led PSL, this does not mean that all divisions within Agencies will automatically be enlisted on the PSL
 Should a Consultant leave the employment of the enlisted Agency, this may lead to the Agency being omitted from the
PSL.
 We have the right to remove Consultants and Agencies from the PSL at any time.
 We expect the Agency and Consultant to be responsible for adhering to Employment Law regulations and stipulations.
 Apetito standard terms and conditions apply. (copy available on request)
