All Registered Student Organizations have access to the following: Mailboxes/Lockers/Cubicles Imagination Station o Banner Paper o Letter Press o Craft Supplies Bench Painting Application Distinguished Quill Awards Applications and Nominations Cube Painting Reserving George Statue to Decorate Fundraising In addition, depending on which tier your organization categorizes itself, your Registered Student Organization will have access to the following: Tier 1: Space Reservations and Accommodations: o Basic Meeting Rooms o Standard Setup of Space o Basic Outdoor Space Requests (i.e. Table on North Plaza/SUB I Quad, etc.) o Events Production limited to equipment that is provided free of charge (ex., wired microphone) Leadership: o minimum of President/SI Liaison & Treasurer Funding (SFB): o Access to receive up to $1,000/academic year o Catering orders under $250 o Supplies ($100 Maximum/academic year) o Small honorariums (limited at $500/academic year) ROOTS (Registered Organization Officer Training Series): o RSO 101 o Fiscal Management 101 Tier 2: Includes ALL of Tier 1 PLUS… Space Reservations and Accommodations: o JC Cinema, Corner Pocket, JC Dance Studio, Plaza’s (small scale, no amplified sound on North, South, Southside, East, etc. ) and Technology Classrooms o DO NOT have ACCESS to Major Programming Spaces o Standard Setup of Space o Standard Events Production Leadership: o Minimum of President/SI Liaison, Vice President/Co-president, Treasurer, and Secretary Faculty Advisor (must be a full-time staff/faculty member at Mason) o Faculty Advisors will need to sign and acknowledge a “Faculty Advisors Expectations Sheet” Funding (SFB): o Access to receive up to $3,000/academic year o NO FUNDS FOR TRAVEL CAN BE REQUESTED ROOTS (Registered Organization Officer Training Series): o RSO 201 o Fiscal Management 201
