Situated in the heart of beautiful North Vancouver, West Lonsdale Medical Clinic
is offering General, Specialist and/or Locum Physicians the opportunity to utilize
our brand new state of art facility, including 3 large fully equipped exam rooms,
one private doctor’s office, a luxurious waiting room, and our administrative
manager who will be doubling as the clinic's MOA and Physician’s assistant.

Hours of Operation - 8 AM - 8 PM - 7 DAYS A WEEK (TBD)
Schedule Description - Scheduling Priority Given To Full-Time Physician, PartTime/Locum Physicians To Rotate Accordingly

A professional services agreement is essentially an extension of the fee-sharing agreement
commonly used for locums. It applies when a physician or group of physicians form or join
an existing group practice that is managed by a third party. The third party provides and
pays for a fully outfitted clinic and staff. The third party also manages most, if not all, of
the practice management issues. The physicians establish their practices and have patients
rostered to them rather than to the clinic, as in the case of a walk-in clinic or community
health centre. The physicians establish a fee-sharing agreement, or “split”, with the third
party instead of negotiating an overhead sharing agreement with each other. A 60/40 split
is frequently used, for example. Therefore, the physician remits 40% of all income
generated through the clinic to the third party. Income generated elsewhere is not
impacted.
