Served as senior resident/PGDCC student with the following responsibilities:
1) Managed ICCU, wards and cardiology emergencies, and conducted
OPDS.
2) Performed cardiac procedures.
3) Supervised and guided junior colleagues
4) Participated in the following activities of the department: Case
discussion, Grand rounds, multi-disciplinary meetings, seminars, lectures
sessions, Monthly death reviews, weekly journal clubs.
5) Rotation through following Departments in full shifts: ICCU, Nuclear
medicine.
6) Performed pre-operative assessment for non cardiac surgery of patients
with cardiac problems.
7) Provided Cardiology support to General Surgeon, Orthopaedic Surgeon,

INTENSIVE CARE UNITS: From November 2002 to September 2010 served
as a Junior resident/ senior Resident ICU in various Hospitals:
1) Throughout the training I had the opportunity to work in intensive care
units. I had exposure to clinical as well as organisational structure of the
intensive care. This included modular and non-modular placements.
Working in the multi-speciality unit in various Hospitals, I gained
experience in the management of complex cases like Poisoning, COPD,
advanced pancreatic disease, Liver disease, Diabetes Mellitus and its
complications, Neurological disease etc. I have got opportunity to
manage multiple trauma cases besides other cases. I am competent
enough in putting CVP line and intra arterial line, PCT cannulation, TPI,
Weaning mechanical ventilation. I have got exposure of latest
ventilators.
