If you wish to check your child’s grades, attendance, behavior, etc. daily, please follow the internet instructions
below.
Please don't forget that you can email teachers or call to set up conferences too.
To email teachers:
Go to website http://www.livingston.kyschools.us/2/Home (our LCMS home page)
Hover on "LCMS Staff ..."
Click on "LCMS Staff ..."
Click on the blue name of the teacher who you wish to email
To schedule a conference with all core teachers, just call 270-988-3263 or email the teacher and request. They
are available during planning periods or before/after school. You can meet with one teacher or ALL core
teachers at once. Our master schedule is on-line so you can see when each teacher plans. The time that they
plan was also on the syllabus that each sent home.
TO CHECK GRADES OVER INTERNET:
You must first set up the parent account on a COMPUTER, then you can access over a smartphone with wifi
via the FREE Infinite Campus App. Some information to help is in your agenda on page 19 and written
below. Remember that you must do it on a COMPUTER FIRST.
The site you go to in order to create an account so you can find your missing work, etc.:

Please click on "Help."
Then click on, "If you have been assigned a Campus Portal Activation Key, click here"
Enter the big, long bold number below
PLEASE CALL/email THE SCHOOL TO GET THIS GUID #.
Click "Submit."
Then, you follow the prompts to set up the parent’s username and password. Make sure to write these down as
we don't have access to them.
Now, you can log onto the Infinite Campus (IC) smartphone app with your username and password created
above.
The 6-letter district access code that the smartphone app will ask for is
ZKWDPG
FYI: Different IC Portal accounts can be created for each parent and student as each individual has a unique GUID #. A
parent account enables the parent to see ALL grades of ALL their children with one log-in. A student account allows the
student to see only his/her grades.
What to click on once in IC SITE:
Links on left side (grades are under “Schedule” link by clicking on class name; email teacher by clicking teacher’s name;
“Calendar” link gives date work is due by clicking on “A+” icon)
Please make sure to LOG OFF when done so no one can accidentally access your confidential information.

An IC app is available for free from the App Store. Once the app has been installed on an Apple ® iOS device (iPod Touch ®, iPhone ®, iPad ®),
parents and students can access grades, attendance and schedule information virtually anywhere. You can just refer to our district webpage, go to the
infinite campus tab then the parent portal. The total instructions for obtaining the app are there.

Daily Planner allows students to know exactly when and where they need to be and to see the assignments coming up in each of
their classes.

Assignments provides detailed information about what students are, were, or will be expected to do in each class.

Attendance provides both summary and detail information about absences and tardies.

Grades provides immediate access to the important metrics of success and allows parents and students to “drill down” to the
assignments that make up a particular grade.

Notifications, once enabled by the district, allow parent and student subscribers to receive notifications regarding changes to
assignments, grades and attendance according to their individual notification preferences.
When Parents log into their Parent Portal accounts, they click on the App "icon" under District notices section. Then another screen appears listing
the 3 steps. Our 6-letter district access code mentioned in step #2 is ZKWDPG.
