Dear Ms. Stanley,

Please find the documentation for Spencer Elementary School. Roane County Schools will be applying for the Title I, Part A 1003 (g) School Improvement Grant.

A. Identify the Tier I, Tier II and Tier III schools the LEA commits to serve: Spencer Elementary

School, Tier I.

B. Identify the school intervention model (turnaround, restart, closure, or transformation) the LEA will implement in each Tier I and Tier II school the district commits to serve: Spencer Elemementary

School will be using the Transformation Model.

C. For each Tier I, Tier II and Tier III school that the LEA commits to serve, demonstrate that the LEA has met the following three requirements:
