Parents Evening
As mentioned Parents Evening will take place on Wednesday of
this week, 11th November.

KS2 extra-curricular Hockey Club
As part of the Primary School Sports Group we have been
informed of proposed plans for a KS2 Hockey Club to be held at
Caedmon College Whitby (Scoresby site) on the Astro from 4 pm
– 5.15 pm. The idea is that each primary school in the area will
have the opportunity to send 10 children for 3 sessions which
would be as follows:
Session 1 – Skills coaching
Session 2 – first half session – training – second half – games
Session 3 – Games/tournament
Children would be mixed with children from other schools. The
proposed dates for St. Hedda’s are; 1 st, 8th and 15th December.
If your child would be interested please let us know asap and we
can let the Sports Group know.
Y3/4 Residential Trip to Peat Rigg
If you have chosen to pay for this trip by either 3 (£20) or
monthly instalments (£10) then the first payment is due by the
end of the month please.
House Points
The winning house at the end of last week was the ‘Barn Owls’ with a
total of 349, Swallows – 347, Lapwings – 329, Kestrels – 319 and
Kingfishers – 296.

Friends of St. Hedda’s
A reminder that the Christmas Bingo is on Friday 20th November, doors open at 6.30
p.m. with eyes down at 7 p.m. Co-ordinators for the hampers are as follows:
