By collaborating successfully on faculty development targets and supporting each other on personal development targets, we maintain clear aims for development. All pupils are assessed and awarded a level once a term on one of the four skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing. At the end of each term, all pupils are issued with targets which are reviewed the next term and with formative comments to inform them about their progress in French. All pupils can also review their own progress at any time during the term. Once every two weeks, books and homework are checked to monitor pupils’ progress.
