Non-approved courses may result in your having to refund any and all such aid. Register for the courses abroad for actual grades, not Pass/Fail. All approved study abroad courses with a passing grade will count toward IC Credit and Satisfactory Academic Progress; they will not be figured into your GPA. Non-approved study abroad courses OR courses with a failing grade will receive no IC Credit and will not be figured into your GPA, but will count (unfavorably) toward Satisfactory Academic Progress. Minimum grade requirements for courses counting toward a Major/Minor apply as usual. Credit will be posted after you have submitted a program evaluation. On your IC transcript, your study abroad courses will appear only as CR (credit) or NCR (no credit). (If you need a transcript with the actual grades of your study abroad courses, you will need to request one from your program.)
