TCCOR 1E Notify personnel of TCCOR 1E status and report to EOC when complete All personnel will shelter in place until all clear is sounded S S F S Will hold a shelter in place drill Only designated Emergency Personnel may engage in rescue/ recovery operations during passage of eye of hurricane Secure for heavy weather Secure Entry Control Points Base remains in full lock down until “All Clear” Due to real world mission, will simulate securing facilities Maintain situational awareness Prepare personnel and plan for recovery phase of storm Will review checklists and inform personnel TCCOR R Tenants must be prepared to assist with: Rescue and recovery of personnel Restoration of Critical and Mission and Essential functions Restoration of normal operations 692 ISR GP TCCOR Checklists Due to the urgency of setting a TCCOR when anticipating destructive weather, CNRH will release all Navy Messages with a FLASH priority to ensure posting in a timely manner. Once received by the 692 ISR GP EAP Team, the team will then inform the CC of what actions are needed to be taken. The 692 ISR GP will then provide additional guidance and instructions based on the situation or crisis. The TCCOR checklists below should be used as guidance/direction to follow in the event of a tropical cyclone or hurricane. TCCOR 5 – 1 June – 30 Nov (Hurricance Season) Review EAP before 1 June and update as necessary. Perform general house cleaning in areas to identify and mitigate flying debris. Schedule training/briefings for all personnel. Atch 4 (7 of 9) Validate plans and checklists. Ensure emergency crisis action bags are up to date. Ensure unit Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP) are reviewed and updated. TCCOR 4 – 72 hours Notify command personnel. Perform any last minute general house cleaning in areas to identify and mitigate flying debris. Ensure personnel are aware of responsibilities for COOP. Key personnel should meet to develop a plan and set a course of action. Reschedule any meetings or TDYs and track any personnel that may be TDY during this period. Conduct Group telephone recall to ensure personnel are aware of emergency and responsibilities. TCCOR 3 – 48 hours Notify command personnel. Coordinate with high and subordinate units for pre-planned support for preparedness, continuity, and recovery. Cancel local leave. Consider cancelling upcoming TDYs to maintain work force for recovery and to ensure personnel can protect their homes. Expedite PCS transfers. Ensure personnel are aware of shelter-in-place areas. Activate COOP. TCCOR 2 – 24 hours Notify command personnel. Ensure personnel prepare homes and fuel vehicles/generators. Secure classified materials. Notify personnel on leave/TDY of upcoming emergency. Protect valuable equipment from flooding and water intrusion. Begin release of non-essential personnel from installation upon completion on TCCOR 2 actions. Report status to EOC. Atch 4 (8 of 9) TCCOR 1 – 12 hours Notify command personnel. Ensure the completion of evacuation of non-essential personnel. Any additional final preparations for COOP. TCCOR 1E – Land Fall All personnel will shelter in place until all clear is sounded. Only designated emergency personnel may engage in rescue/recovery operations during passage of eye of hurricane. TCCOR R – Recovery period begins after all clear sounded. Recovery period may last for several days/weeks after passage of a severe storm. Prepare to assist with rescue and recovery of personnel, the restoration of critical and mission essential functions, and the restoration of normal operations.
