During the October 21, 2015, 2015 Board of Education Meeting, the Board Approved:
Resignation:
 Robert Hunt, Custodian, Eastland Career Center, at the end of the day December 31, 2015.
 Aaron Edwards, Auto Technologies Instructor, Eastland Career Center at the end of the day December 31,
2015.
Employment Contracts:
 Substitute Teachers Karla Pierce, Star’Shemah Johnson, Carrie Schrader, and Robert DeLille.
 Substitute Custodians, Amberlee Hull and Emerson Burton, Joseph Raver, and Rebecca Middleton.
 Substitute Cafeteria Worker, Treva Collins.
Supplemental Contracts:
 Eric Wallace, to be Mentor for the 2015-2016 contract year.
 Taylor Adkins, FFA Advisor for the 2015-2016 contract year.
Contract Revisions:
 Beau Stidham, Math Instructor, Fairfield Career Center, from Class II to Class III for completing advanced
coursework.
Approval of the following:
 Deletion of obsolete equipment that is no longer usable/used.
 New Business Partners.
 Acceptance of a geothermal unit water furnace for the HVAC program at Fairfield Career Center.
 Textbook adoptions for the Ag/Diesel Mechanics program at Eastland Career Center.
 Acceptance of a grant from the Ronald French Memorial Fund of the Columbus Foundation.
 Agreement between Pickerington High School North and Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools
for facility use for “Community Parent Night” for EFCTS.
 College Credit Plus Agreement between Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools and Hocking
College.
 College Credit Plus Agreement between Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools and Ohio
University Lancaster/Pickerington.
 Building occupancy agreement between Cheers Chalet and Fairfield Career Center for Prom 2016.
 Agreement between Fairfield Career Center and Pure Environmental Products for water treatment system
maintenance.
 Waiving notice and approving a Compensation Agreement.
 Approval of Modified Contract Addendum with SHP.
