Payments:
The following is the payment outline:
September 30, 2015 - Deposit payment: $ 350.00 per person to confirm your trip
February 15, 2016 - $850 00 - Progress payment: 40% of balance due 3 months before departure
July 1, 2016 - Final balance: Balance due

PRICE QUOTE
This price quote is based on current land service and air travel prices. It is calculated based on the current rate of
international currency exchange and is based on the stated estimated number of paying passengers traveling.
This price quote is valid for 30 days from receipt and is dependent upon the final number of travelers.
Payment Schedule
Payments are due on the scheduled dates provided. The payment dates are structured to allow timely payment of airline
and land vendor invoices. Late payments jeopardize the tour quote and will be assessed a $50.00 late fee per registered
traveler per month (every 30 days) from the established payment due date.
Payment Process
Each individual in the traveling group must register online and you can make payments by VISA,
MasterCard, or American Express. Check payments should be made payable to generation adidas INTL and mailed to the
address below. You are required to pay the $350.00 non-refundable deposit during the initial registration. Following
completion of registration, your balance will be updated and you can pay as often as you would like.

Terms of Cancellation
All payments are non refundable unless pre approved in writing by generation adidas INTL management. Our programs
include travel insurance which provides full refunds under predetermined approved circumstances. All cancellations must
be in writing and submitted to generation adidas INTL before the stated dates in order to receive the appropriate refund.
Refund payments are made as quickly as vendor reimbursements allow.
Travel / Health Insurance
Generation adidas INTL now includes Comprehensive Travel Insurance in all tour packages provided by Travelex Insurance
for all paying passengers. Coverage details can be found at http://www.generationadidasinternational.com and on your

Airline Information
Airlines reserve the right to increase their departure tax (based on airport fees / government security taxes) and fuel
surcharges at any time. To maintain the quoted tour price it is essential that the payment installments are received by the
stated dates.
To minimize any increases generation adidas INTL strongly recommends that the group ‘ticket’ all passengers as early as
possible. ‘Ticketing’ requires payment in full to the airline. Therefore, should the group choose to ticket in advance of the
provided airline’s deadline, there will be no refund available after the group is ticketed?
All efforts are made to secure the most direct and cost effective routing. Routing and cost implications will be discussed
with tour leaders before publication of flight details.
Flight Deviations
Airline rules prohibit flight deviations that depart from the USA or Canada on a different schedule than the main group
flight. Individuals wishing to depart from the USA or Canada separate from the main group necessitate the purchase of
separate flight tickets and can incur additional charges. Flight deviations on the return to the USA or Canada are potentially
allowed as long as the return is made from the same airport as the main group flight. Airlines may charge a deviation fee to
do so. The fee depends on the airline.
Frequent Flier Programs
Airlines do not accept frequent flier miles as payment for group airfare. If a traveler wishes to use frequent flier miles they
must secure their own airfare and will pay Adidas ITP’s ‘Land Only’ cost. No alterations will be made to the published
itinerary to service individuals traveling separately from the main group.
Airline Ticketing: generation adidas INTL strongly advises supplying the roster in advance of this airline deadline. Once
tickets are issued they are non-refundable and non-transferable. Should a change be necessary after ticketing a new ticket
must be issued and paid in full at the rate quoted at the time of new issue, if the final Travel Party Roster is not submitted
by the aforementioned date the airline reserves the right to CANCEL the reserved seats.
LAND ONLY PASSENGERS
If you would like to make your own flight arrangements, you can travel as a ‘Land Only’ passenger. In doing so, your tour
price will be reduced by the exact cost of airfare and taxes. If required, generation adidas INTL can assist in securing airfare
from your airport of choice. Likewise, if you opt to secure your own airfare using frequent flyer miles (see above) you will
also travel on a ‘Land Only’ basis. If you are traveling “Land Only” you must register for the “Land Only” package and
provide generation adidas INTL with your confirmed flight routing information at least 60 days prior to departure.
Additional Information
Additional Passengers: Additional passengers are welcome (and encouraged) to join the tour at any time as long as seats
are available on the airline’s group reservation. Any passengers joining the tour after the group has deposited will be
subject to airline costing on that date.
“Partial” Passengers: Family members (relatives in country being visited) are certainly encouraged to meet up with the
group. If they would like to join all or part of the generation adidas INTL tour, a personalized daily rate “Land Only” fee can
be provided by calling our customer service line at 404-816-4688. For safety reasons, under no circumstance are individuals

allowed to join the group (e.g. ride the bus) without purchase of a generation adidas INTL program. Likewise, generation
adidas INTL is under no obligation to provide tour information, services or transportation to any individual not listed on the
official travel party roster.
Room Upgrades
The tour price is based on standard rooms, with 2 or 3 to a room. Supplemental room charges will apply for single
occupancy rooms ($TBC per person estimated). The US or Canadian $ value of room upgrades will be calculated on the
same date as the Final Tour Price
Passports
Passports are required for international travel. Applications are available from the United States (Canada) Post Office.
Please allow at least 20 weeks for processing. Passport application charges are not included in the quoted tour price and
Adidas ITP is not responsible for securing a traveler’s passport.
Entry Visas
An entry visa is required for travel to some countries, including Australia and Brazil, by US citizens. Visa information can be
obtained by contacting the Embassy of the specific country to be visited. Visa charges are not included in the quoted tour
price and generation adidas INTL is not responsible for securing a traveler’s entry visa.
Final Itinerary
Generation adidas INTL will review the Final Itinerary with the group leader approximately 2 to 3 weeks before departure.
Distribution of Information
The approved Final Tour Package is sent to the tour leader no less than 14 days prior to departure. The Final Tour Package
includes airline tickets, the final itinerary and supplementary information to be distributed to each passenger.
Liability Disclaimer
Generation adidas INTL reserves the right to amend any itinerary due to conditions beyond our control e.g changes in
weather. Every reasonable effort is made not to delete a specified inclusion but to fulfill the conditions and terms for the
best interests of all parties.
Generation adidas INTL is not liable in any way for airline delays, cancellation, or loss of luggage. Individuals engaging in
athletic activities and contests assume the risk of those activities and will not hold generation adidas INTL liable for any
injuries incurred.
