or online at www.baltimorecityschools.org/choice. If you see other options that appeal to you, you can add up to two write-in choices as a part of your five
choices.
Please note that Vanguard Collegiate Middle will be relocating to the Northeast Middle School campus. Current Northeast Middle students will have the option
to remain on campus and attend Vanguard Collegiate Middle. If you would like to attend Vanguard Collegiate Middle, please check the box on the back of this
sheet. You do not need to select five additional school options. If you would like to consider attending a charter school, the deadline for applications is Friday,
February 6th.
