Registration
Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is strongly
encouraged as workshops fill quickly. A handling fee and deposit for the workshop are required
to secure a place in the workshop. After you register, you will receive a registration
confirmation letter by email or by mail. Class size is provided in the workshop description, and
may vary from workshop to workshop. Once the workshop is full, a Wait List will be
maintained. If a student cancels her or his registration, the next person on the Wait List will be
notified of the opening and offered the place.
Pay Online
If you pay online, the full workshop fee plus the $30.00 non-refundable registration fee are due
upon registration. You may register and pay for workshops online using MasterCard, VISA, or
PayPal.

You may also register for a workshop by mail. Print and complete the Registration Form below
and mail it with your check payable to: McKenna Studio, address to: McKenna Studio, 6122
Martel Avenue, Dallas, TX, 75214.
To pay in full, send the full workshop fee plus the $30.00 non-refundable registration fee. OR,
to pay a deposit for the workshop and pay the balance at a later date, send one-half of the full
workshop fee plus the $30.00 non-refundable registration fee. Your final payment must be
received 45 days before the workshop start date to guarantee a place in the class. When
payment is received, a Supply List will be emailed to each student. If you do not provide an
email address on your registration form, a supply list will be mailed to you. All workshops
require students to bring their own travel easel.

Cancelation Policies
Please be aware that workshops with insufficient enrollment at the thirty day deadline may be
cancelled, so it is important to register and to complete payment before that time. We strongly
urge all students to purchase refundable airline tickets in the event of a workshop
cancelation or other unforeseen circumstances. Students are strictly prohibited from selling
their place in a workshop to another student.
ALL workshop cancelations must be made in writing. There are no exceptions. You may
send an email to: diane.mckenna@ymail.com or mail a letter to McKenna Studio Workshops,
6122 Martel Avenue, Dallas, TX, 75214, to cancel your place in a workshop. Cancelations will
not be accepted over the phone. You will receive a Cancelation Notice by email or mail if no
email address is provided, once your cancelation has been processed.
If you cancel more than forty-five (45) days before the start date of a workshop, and have
paid in part or in full, McKenna Studio Workshops will retain $130.00 of your payment as
a cancellation fee. If you cancel forty-five (45) days or less before the start date, you will forfeit
your entire tuition. There are no refunds for no-shows or for withdrawal after a workshop
begins.
Please Note: McKenna Studio Workshops is not responsible for providing make-ups or issuing
refunds or credits for workshops missed as a result of illness, emergencies or other events
beyond our control, however extenuating circumstances will be evaluated on an individual basis.
Students will receive a full tuition refund in the event that McKenna Studio Workshops cancels
their workshop. Again, we strongly urge all students to buy refundable airline tickets in
case of workshop cancellations or other unforeseen changes.
These policies will be strictly enforced, with no exceptions.
