Instructions: In a comic strip, you will describe and explain the excretory system. You must include excretion through the
respiratory system, integumentary system (sweating), and the urinary system. I encourage you to be creative, but make
sure you follow the assignment guidelines carefully. BEFORE you start, you need to make sure you know what all of the
terms below mean, and how waste is produced and removed from your body.







You may use the comic template provided by your teacher, or come up with your own.
The comic can be either in colour or black and white.
You can use pages 190-193 in your textbook, and any other resources that you have to help you.
Look at the rubric on the back to see how you will be evaluated. Aim for a level 5 on all categories.
The comic must have the following elements:
