A Tale of 3 Cells Congratulations! DC Comics has expanded their education outreach department. The Education Outreach department will create interesting and engaging comics to educate students across the Southwest. Your team has been selected to research, design, and produce the first edition on Cells and Cell Transport. Your comic book story must have at least one prokaryotic character, at least one autotrophic eukaryotic character, and at least one heterotrophic eukaryotic character. The storyline must illustrate similarities and differences between the prokaryotic, the autotrophic eukaryotic, and the heterotrophic eukaryotic characters. Also, the story-line must illustrate the functions of each of the organelles through characters, character traits, or actions. Your setting must show how the characters are working to maintain homeostasis Don’t forget your comic book story must show how molecules (sugar, salt, proteins, water, and ions) are transported. At least two characters in the story must be in an endosymbiotic relationship. A Tale of 3 Cells 1. Complete a Know and Need to Know in your team Biology Project Plan 2. Key Biocab: Identify vocabulary that will be included in the Comic: (There should be a Minimum of 25 words) Look at vocabulary on cell, organelles, and transport. 3. Complete the Project Planning Guide 4. Create your project 5. Possible media options: Make comic using construction paper and etc. materials or using stop animation for your comic. Note: I do not know how to do stop animation, so it will be something your team must research. I also cannot provide the technology so you must bring your devise during the project development.
