ACCREDITATION
Accreditation is the process by which a School of Nursing evaluates its program against
standards set by nationally recognized nursing organizations. When a program is
awarded accreditation it is validation that the school has met strict standards of quality.
As a graduate from an accredited program, the student will find their opportunities for
further education are significantly enhanced. Further you can be assured that the
faculty and curriculum have met the highest standards of academic excellence. The
Bachelors of Science in Nursing is fully accredited.
The Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing degree program is accredited by the
Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, an autonomous arm of the American
